Jentique metamorphic writing desk

This is a very unique a piece a very special addition to Gink Designs portfolio. 

It was manufactured by jentique in the 1960s/ 1970s it is a 3 drawer chest with a hidden writing desk built in, comprising of a letter rack and 2 pigeonhole boxes with lids.

The top.slides towards you and the writing compartment slids up from the back and locks into plac. There is a release catch at the back you move to the right and slide the top back in the writing compartment disappears and it transforms back to a 3 drawer chest.

It has been restored and refinished in a modern cool crackle of red and white with red  accents on the handles legs and the writing compartment itself is also red.

 The self levelling feet and little handles on the pigeon boxes lids have been painted black to complement the amazing pop art images which have been added to give this piece  the wow factor that it truly deserves.

A mdern statement piece of furniture that will be the talking point for many years to come for it's new owner
